SS 321 Condenser Tubing

SS 321/SS 321H Condenser Tubes are the elements that are generally used for exchanging or transferring the heat between two liquids or gas at different temperatures. These heat exchangers are high-performance stainless steel alloy products that are mainly used in high-temperature circumstances. Furthermore, this grade of the alloy is stabilized by chromium, nickel, titanium and carbon content. The presence of carbon content reduces the risk of carbide precipitation during welding. These possess superior tensile strength and resistance to subsequent aqueous corrosion. The SS 321/SS321H alloy exhibits superior resistance to creep and rupture. Furthermore, these are prone to stress corrosion cracking. While on the other hand these possess superior resistance to metabolism and rusting. The presence of chromium and nickel content offers intergranular corrosion resistance that occurs after heat treatment.
